Je moet iets, als een ander jouw naam KEES gebruikt  zonder woordmerkrecht op de naam KEES. Die ander verkoopt nu oogmeettoestellen bij EAGELT EYE te Houten.

December: Mail van RABO bank ontvangen, dat een hypotheek adviseur voor mij een account heeft aangemaakt.  Weer een verkeerd verzonden E-mail van de RABObank.

Hieronder nog meer fouten van banken en webwinkels.

fouten in bestelmodule Booking.com en de Idealbetaling via Rabobank. De bevestiging kan op verkeerd e-mailadres aankomen. Maar hoe moet je dan annuleren, want je hebt geen pincode en reserveringsnummer?  

 

De fout in de bestelmodule van de website Booking.com

Stel u boekt een reis en geeft per abuis pjansen1995@outlook.com als e-mail adres op, in plaats van pjanssen1995@outlook.com, dan betaalt u gewoon de reis via Ideal van de Rabobank en de bevestiging en het reserveringsnummer komt niet bij u aan.

U weet echt niet wat u fout gedaan heeft en zal moeten bellen om uw reserveringnummer te achterhalen of uw geld terug te krijgen, zie bijlage.

Potentially unsafe situations

• Number of good: 33 = 61% (almost no chance of uncontrolled movement due to slip braking)
• Amount of moderate: 11 = 20% (there is a chance of uncontrolled movement due to removal of braking action)

Number of bad: 10 = 19% (highly probable chance of uncontrolled movement due to failure braking action)

Risk analysis:
Also, the Institute of Health has conducted a risk analysis with the following principles:
• Risk of accident: relatively small
• Ernst injuries if such an accident occurs: big / fatal
